Comment to 'Black Outs / Kundalini Yoga'

However, if the student practices, then over time, he will find that his lungs begin to change their attitude and the percentage of fresh air absorbed will increase. It will take weeks, months, or years to achieve this. There is no set time for it. Each student will find that it takes a different period of time to achieve this.

Dean's Comment: Not to just agree with Michael for the sake of being agreeable.  Practice, Practice, Practice is everything. Over the last 11 years that I have been doing the pranayama breath infusion. I have experience jada samadhi more than a handful of times. But with continued persistence, you become aware over time that your lungs are absorbing more fresh air but you may not be aware of the moment that begins to happen. My advice is although you may get knockdown you still have to continue to get up and take it one day at a time.
