Are there methods in inSelf Yoga by which the buddhi intellect organ might be seen regularly? I am inclined to think that regular perception of the intellect organ is not possible without first developing the siddhi skill of psychic perception. Thereby in inSelf Yoga there is the stress on mystic skills such as keen astral awareness and travel and communication with disembodies spirits in various realms. I am wondering how it all fits together for the inSelf yoga practicioners.

There is no regular method because currently the students are not in the isolation required for this to be possible. but the notation of the activity of the organ and its location will suffice for now.
In the Buddhist meditation I do now, working with the intellect indirectly is pretty effective. The intellect doesn't seem to ever stop and thus I break away from it through mindfulness, by recognizing its operation, withdrawing attention and breaking off from it. The goal is to break away for longer and longer periods. I'm wondering why one needs to "see" the intellect organ in order to do that.

One does not need to see the organ to do so but one must see the activity of the organ and know its default location.
The intellect does stop from time to time in meditation but this is infrequent. However, pranayama breath infusion may cause the intellect to stop and then the student is surprised when this happens because that is like having an irritable infant who on one day does not cry and carry on, and then the mother feels happy about it. But of course, on the next day, all hell breaks loose again.
