Yogi's Will-power Worked

Kundalini rose on several occasions during breath infusion practice this morning. The most noticeable one was in the left ear. There was an electric sensation which terminated there. It was in the neck firing little sparking energies which panned out in the ear as a bliss force and as a filling force. The area of the left ear was like a ball filled with electric bliss sensations.

When this happened during the practice, I checked on the other side to see if the right ear was infused with the same energy. It was not. I did not worry about it because during practice one has to expect that the infused energy may be more prevalent on one side than on the other. Some yogis regard this to be an imbalance and they popularize the idea that kundalini should rise in a balanced way each time.

That is simply neither true nor realistic.

Nature has imbalances and in harmonies. We have to accept these also are being her possibilities. It is not why the infused energy may be on one side and not on the other, but rather why the energies only decided to course through one side. Was it because of the way the energies were charged by the sun and moon?

Was it because the nadis on the infused side remained opened and the ones on the other side were blocked.

A yogi should not be a compulsive controlling freak, trying to control all of nature’s operations in the psyche.

I got a flash instruction from Tibeti Yoga about a brain infusion technique. So far these brain infusion methods were instructed to me mostly by Yogi Bhajan. Some which concern brahma yoga were instructed by Srila Yogeshwaranand.

Tibeti gave what he called the squeeze-brain technique. This is when a yogi is focusing on the brain breath. Yogi Bhajan, when he first advertised himself as Kundalini Yoga Master, taught the brain breath, which is breath infusion directly into the brain from the nasal cavity. Instead of the air passing through the lungs and then into the blood stream, it is absorbed by the mucus membranes in the head and goes directly into the brain.

People who do this without a teacher usually feel dizzy or even pass out.

In the squeeze brain method, the fingers are interlocked on the forehead so that the base of the hands squeezes in the forehead from either side inwards.

Tibeti says that a yogi may cause his skull bones to be soft even in old age and this allows for more psychic perception.

During the brain infusion, I worked on the front, middle, top and back of the head. Then I sat to meditate.

==========

In the meditation, the immediate alarm was the loud naad sound, outside of the subtle body but by the right ear. I keyed into it. After a time there was a pushing force through the neck and through the chin. There was energy in the neck which was filtering the pushing force, like a screen which filters air as it passes through a passage. I removed that filtering force and the energy passed easily through the neck.

In this case I removed that filtering force just by a will power action. Will power does not always work in these practices. In such circumstances will power is ignored and the forces do whatever they intent to do regardless.

After removing that pushing force the head of the subtle body felt like a large balloon.
