Breath infusion practice was eventful this morning, with infused energy firing in the trunk of the body from the very start. The centralized effect of kundalini in the spine, is pretty much gone and the subtle body has kundalini distribution evenly through it.
Incidentally in the spiritual body, the energy is evenly distributed and there is no centralized system as the whole body is centralized in terms of sensitivity and expression, such that all over the body, the fingers, toes everything is capable of absolute expressions, so there is no special polarized part of the body as in the human physical system or in the human astral system.
In creating a yoga siddha form, one has to transmute the astral form so that its configuration changes. This morning after about 10 minutes, there were micro ice crystals of energy firing off in the flesh of the neck? It was as if the entire neck was the sushumna nadi and it was ram-packed with these tiny ice crystals which were moving back and forth but with a heat bliss expression.
After this I got a flash appearance of Tibeti Yogi whom I have not seen in months. He was very upbeat over my practice and was happy that I am making some inroad into this higher yoga for the purpose of creating a yoga siddha body. Smiling, he made a remark and then left. His subtle body was all bright light so that I only saw his face with his checks glossy with a silverish light flashing out of his light body. He said, “Full sweep! Full sweep! Complete this!”
That meant that the entire psyche was to be infused and every bit of apana force was to be extracted. The whole system should be saturated with fresh pranic force.
Later in this session of practice, I did some poses which have to do with pulling up energy from the lower trunk. See the poses below. These are dangerous poses because of arching the back and if one does these one should be sure to be on the alert for kundalini to rise. Locks should be applied during these poses as soon as one stops rapid breathing.
One may also do the rapid breathing in other poses, then stop, apply locks and then do these back-arch stretches, making sure the eyes are closed during this and the mind is centralized and keep a look-out for actions or flash actions of kundalini. If possible wear a blindfold.
In these photos there is no blindfold because this is for demonstration only. I use a complete face head cover while doing the exercises and during meditation.
