For meditation this morning, naad sound was the main linking focus. I waited in the back of the head with the naad sound. Shortly after naad light appeared without my going forward to meet it. There was a slight pushing force which was pushing upwards into the top back of the head.

After about an hour, the astral body projected. I became aware of it when Kirtanananda Swami came to me where I was lying down in a building. He was with two Hare Krishna devotees whom I used to know when I lived in the Hare Krishna ashram in West Virginia in the 1980s.

Kirtanananda was his old self which means that he goes around harassing devotees, putting them to work. The guy always was a boss-type of person. He said to me, “You are not up as yet?”

I replied, “I have been up and around already.”

Kirtanananda is doing what he used to do before when his body was on the physical side, which is to act as if he is a sannyasi guru in an ashram.

Earlier in the night, I was with some people whom I knew some years ago. These people are Americans who were fighting the establishment. So in the astral world, they were very disgruntled about what is happening in America with the economic collapse and the fact that the technology is being used by the establishment and the government to manage the population. These friends of mine wanted to set up something in the astral world, so that when they leave their bodies they could live in communes which are free from the methods being used right now in America to keep the population under control. They were very sour about how the US history has turned out.

I did not say anything but that is a crazy plan, to live astrally like that but it proves that if one does not have experience of other dimensions, higher worlds, during the life of the body, one will go to the astral domains and just try to recreated what one wanted when one was on the physical side.

And of course the result of this will be that one will take another body and again come out and have to struggle with authoritarian governments, religious fanatics like Kirtanananda and so on.
