Yogi goes to Miami heaven

I am currently near Miami Florida. I noticed how there are well set houses, shopping malls, streets all designed for the convenience of human beings and their automobiles. There is no allowance here for animals except for household pets, dogs and cats. If an animal is out, it has to be on a leash. If it defecates in public, the owner has to scoop that up.
Some persons have asked me about the heavenly planets, the astral world where the subtle body may reside in a social environment after death. There are such worlds. I have in this present body visited some of them during astral projection experiences. I verify that there are such worlds.
There is a similarity between those places and these manicured properties in the Miami area, in that in the heavenly planets, the properties are kept up nicely. Not a blade of grass is allowed to grow in a way which is undesired by the inhabitants. In Miami, lawn mowers and similar machines are used to make the vegetation confirm to human opinion. Unwanted animals are killed or caged. In the heavenly planets, will-power alone is all that is required to control this.
Once I went to a heavenly planet, this was around 1974. I don’t know how I got there. I was in an astral projection when suddenly the astral body changed into being one which was just airy light (as in sun-light). I began to descend from the air upon a planet which was not like the one we are on. This one was such that the entire place was transparent except that there were varied colors emanating from the precious stones which were everywhere on the planet. There were trees and well tended gardens or so it seemed.
There was only one residence on the planet. This residence was part of the landscape like a building which was growing out of the minerals of that place. In the building there was a deity, sitting on a fancy bedstead. Seeing this male being, a divine being, I immediately offered my respects by bowing down. He smiled in greeting.
Without speaking but with transmitting his ideas, he emanated this message, “Greeting! It is good to see you. You came from a long way. How was it in that awful place, the earth? Remember this when you return there.”
I beamed back a reply which in effect said, “Can I stay here? Is this place open for other residents?”
The deity replied, “No, this is a closed dimension, nothing here except me and this environment which is fully compatible. Have no concern about being here. I will see you later elsewhere but not here.”

In such place everything occurs within the will and desire of the deity. There are no rules and regulations because nothing happens there which is inconsistent with the nature and desire of the Deity. There are no contrary events at any time.
No one can appear there who could be resistant to the deity or who could disagree with the deity. No vegetation would grow there which is not desired by the deity. All the vegetation there can only grow in a way which is pleasing to the deity.
Thus there is a similarity between what human do on this planet to create an environment which is preferred by them at the expense of other creatures, except that on the higher planets nothing contrary has to be curbed in order to bring about an harmonious environment.
