Yogi enters memory of Student

MiBeloved 5 years ago

During breath infusion this morning, suddenly there was a flash in the left thigh bone, on the top part of it. After this both thigh bones were infused and assumed the color of white hot metal. I did some stretches which causes the thigh bone to be infused.

Flash in the left thigh bone

These lower parts of the body are important in the effort to uplift the kundalini and its outposts which are in remote parts of the body. For the development of a yoga siddha form after leaving this body, one has to have the entire subtle body saturated with a high grade of subtle energy. If just the head, or if just certain chakras have that energy, while the rest of the system is with dark heavy astral force, then one will fail to assume a yoga siddha form.

This is similar to the idea of being a mermaid. Then one is part human part aquatic such that one cannot be either and essentially the fish part predominates. This half state is that of a crocodile, where it lives on land part of the time and lives in water part of the time. It cannot stay on land all of the time and it must come out of the water some of the time.

Another example is that of peacock. It is a very beautiful creature to see but its habits are that of a vicious bird. Despite the beauty, mentally it is always thinking of killing and eating insects and worms. Thus if the subtle body is only partially filled with light, the person will have to go down to a lower dimensions which is suited to the dark energy in that body. In the end the lowest level of the psyche will take the rest of it to a lower category.

As I was doing the practice, Srila Yogeshwarananda entered the subtle head. I really thought that I would never see him again since he did go into the causal ocean of energy from which yogis usually do not return to this side of existence.

This appearance of his in my head was such that I determined that he has abandoned to some extent his endeavor to just stay in the causal energy and not to manifest in the subtle world. I did not question him about the reason.

However he was in my psyche checking through a memory chamber which is down below the neck. It was funny because he pulled out something and threw it out of my subtle body, then he began pulling out more and more like a person pulling things out of a duffle bag and throwing them at a distance.

He kept saying, “O what is this? What is this? Why did you do this? Where did this happen? What sort of yogi are you?”

Since I was doing breath infusion while this was taking place, I did not dare to laugh since that would shatter my focus and ruin the session. Then he pulled up a scene from a movie which I saw years ago. He looked at it in disgust. This is because yogis are not supposed to do anything which creates more impressions in the mind. Patanjali prohibited yogis from doing anything which increases the chittavrittis or impressions in the mind which obstruct the practice of higher meditation.

Just after he pulled up that impression from the movie, he pulled out a few small impressions of insignificant things and then he pulled something and said, “This is it! How did this happen. This is what I am searching for.”

That was an impression about my seeing the Krishna boy form in the divine world. This happened years ago and it was just one of the memory impressions of it that Yogeshwarananda found. That was not the original impression but it was a copy of the original. He turned to me and said, “I have to work on this, the spiritual body. How did you achieve this? The deity picks and chooses. If you are not chosen, he does not appear to you in which case you will never know of that place.”

This conversation was going on while I did breath infusion. Yogeshwarananda then said that I need to increase my breath infusion practice by at least one hour. When he said that I had done the practice for about 45 minutes. He said that was just the warm up and that there should be another hour with focus on the head. Then one should stop that and sit to meditate, doing samayama as advised by Patanjali.

Basically that means about 2 hours of asanas and pranayama and then sitting to meditate for at least one hour.  Usually I do 40 minutes or more of asana and pranayama and then 40 minutes of more of meditation practice. But in his view that is not enough.

Yogeshwarananda showed me some breath infusion practice which are done to the head of the subtle body, in different parts of the head here and there.
