Tibeti Yogi explained what happens when the breath infusion has entered the second phase of practice, which is where there is no lower astral energy in it. During the first stage, the student’s effort is to infuse fresh subtle energy and to force out the old heavy astral force.
This is done repeatedly day after day with no end in sight for when this will not be required. However at a certain point, the psyche begins to retain more of the fresh energy. It has less and less negative energy to discharge. Then the student enters the second stage where on the inhale fresh energy is pulled into the psyche and on the exhale it is distributed to hard-to-reach places in the psyche.
This is in contrast to the first stage where the fresh energy is pulled in during the inhale and stale polluted astral force is pulled out of or drawn out of the subtle body.
The formation of the yoga siddha astral body begins when the yogi is consistently doing this second stage practice of breath infusion and breath distribution. No longer is the yogi required to focus on pulling out or drawing out old, stale, heavy astral force. The attention which was used for that effort previously now is applied to energy distribution to hard to reach areas.
In the diagram below the two crimson arrows represent the inhale pull-in of fresh energy. The green arrows represent the exhale distribution of the fresh energy which was pulled in during the inhale. This is showing diffusion of the energy through the back part of the body.
