Yogi becomes the son of a Dog

I stayed at a friend who has a black Labrador dog. This was about two months ago.

During meditation this morning, while sitting on a plush couch, my subtle body astral-projected. It remained near my physical body and then this dog came to me in its astral body. Because of its desire to get me to help it, the dog’s astral form and mine were instantly transported to where its physical body was in a house in Mobile, Mississippi. The dog could see its physical body with the astral eyes in its astral body and it kicked its physical body and then looked at me as if I should do something to fix the physical form.

This dog used to try to encourage me to take it on walks or to take it outside of the house where its owner kept it confined for many years. When the dog kicked its physical body with the astral dog form, the astral form acted as if it was a physical form even though it was not. Usually if an astral body tries to assault a physical form, there will be no damage to the physical one, but if the astral form has dense subtle energy it might have an effect on the physical one? This is how ghosts are able to affect persons who have physical forms.

After the dog kicked its physical body with its astral foot, I left that place. Basically this dog is a nut case. It thinks that its providence in this life, where it lives in a house and hardly gets to be outdoors is a rip-off. It is planning mentally never to be in such a situation again. It feels that its owner should have arranged for it to be outdoors to run and play with other dogs.

This dog is thinking like this:

“These human beings are very stupid. They leave me in their house when I am supposed to be outdoors checking thing out to be sure that no one invades the territory. Since I cannot run about, my body has become weak and heavy. My muscles no longer work. These human beings do not have much intelligence. I wanted to be with them but it is a great disappointment. I won’t desire this kind of life again. This is a prison sentence.”

As a yogi, that dream experience with this dog is terrible. It is good for the dog but it is not good for me. By what power was the dog’s astral form able to locate my astral body? By what power was the dog’s desire to have me help it to fix its physical body able to cause my astral body to go near its sleeping body?

People talk about free will and being able to carve out your own destiny. Are they serious? What have I to do with this dog?

Do I want to be on a planet with dogs after leaving my present body? In the Srimad Bhagavatam there is the story of King Bharat, who because of attachment to a deer cub had to take a deer body in the next life. Why would I want to come out in the next life as the son of a female dog? Being a human animal is as low as I want to be.
