Yogi attacks the Thoughts

Sometimes during a yoga practice of asana postures and pranayama breath infusion, one notices thoughts in the mind. Some of these thoughts have little power to command the core-self to view them but some have the authority to command the self.

During the exercises, one usually ignores these thoughts or one becomes distracted by them. This is because it is not practical to study the nature of such thought-energy, while doing the exercises. Still one should note these thoughts and then later, during meditation, study these ideas, regarding how they arise in the mind, who was their source and how did they derive their power to command the self to view them.

If you are able to raise kundalini into the head during the session, then you will find that certain thoughts just disappeared of their own accord because of the infused energy which entered the head of the subtle body, but some other thoughts after losing much of their commanding power, may have remained in the subtle head.

These remaining potent thoughts should be attacked with the infused energy. While in some meditation practices, the thoughts are observed dispassionately or they are ignored or tracked even, in this practice, the thoughts are attacked or assaulted aggressively with the breath infusement energy. The yogi directs the built up energy to the place where the thoughts occurred or are occurring.

This is an aggressive practice. Try it and report on the effects of it.
