Yoga and Osteoporosis

Yoga curtails and actually reduces the real time suffering which come on with the jail term which is called elderly years.
Yoga however is not the only type of exercise that can bring that effect.
Yoga does help in that it causes the release of some of the toxins which cause osteoporosis. When the body is young, these substances are removed from the body by the body itself, but as the system gets older and older, it finds that it is unable to remove the chemicals.
By doing yoga one can assist the body in its self-cleansing chores.
I am using a body which is 60 years of age this year. Still, I am still improving on some postures?
How is that possible?
It happens because of continuous practice.
If for instance I stop practicing for a month or two, the body hardens up again.
