This morning breath infusion was efficient. I got some help from Tibeti Yogi who appeared but he was in a horizontal cylinder and his head was peeking out. He is doing some trance austerity in the astral world somewhere. Anyway he showed me a passage which is a rectangular slit which runs from the chest of the subtle body down to the pubic area. He said that at a certain time, the subtle body will appear to have this slit and that it should be used as the breath channel.
I was vigorous breathing through it and it was very efficient method, however I was unable to review its effects in meditation because I had some visitors during this session, two persons, one of which was videotaping the session.
The value of meditating immediately after an infusion session is very evidence because if you do not do so as happened this morning, then you cannot properly evaluate the benefits of the practice. So I have nothing to report.
Hopeful some other practitioner will give a report of something interesting.
My conclusion is that the pranayama practice without meditation immediately following is not a good idea. The other thing is that doing yoga even for demonstration purposes is not it. Doing yoga while people are watching you is not it. This display methods cause reduction of benefits. Yoga is truly something to be done in isolation.
