Practice this morning was interrupted by rainfall, which is a blessed event in the area where I am currently residing. There are some mantras that may be chanted just before breath infusion. These are to Vedic deities who regulate the atmosphere, especially the air and climates.
Somehow this morning I was inspired to say a few of these mantras. Just before I began breath infusion I said this:
Om Suryaya namah
Om Somaya namah
Om Indraya namah
Om Pranavayave namah
Jai Sri Mahadeva
In order these are respectful worshipful theistic salutations to the sun-god, the moon-deity, the rain-deity, the air-deity (Pranavayuh) and to Lord Shiva.
This is serious appreciation to these deities for providing pranic energy through which one can upgrade consciousness.
At first it was drizzling and then it began a pitter patter rain. I remained in it as long as I could for about 20 minutes and then went indoors. I could not do the breathing indoor because this was an air-conditioned building and that type of air is just not charged in the right way for this practice.
I was able to attack the groin area and the muladhara chakra directly, instead of using the route down through the front of the body down to the groin and then arc across to muladhara base kundalini chakra.
There is a passage straight down from the neck to the sex organ chakra and one from the neck to the base chakra. On some occasions depending on the atmospheric energy, one can use these direct passages. Persons who have done some urdhvareta practice can use this direct passage regularly to draw up any lingering sex energy in the groin area. This makes for a good celibate practice without hypocrisy.
In celibate practice, if the sexual energy is in the groin area and is accumulating there, then the ascetic is understood to be a hypocrite. Nature does not like such an ascetic. It usually takes step to expose such a person by luring them into a sexual indulgence which is later exposed to the public.
When I sat to meditate there was naad sound down below the neck in the back center behind the spinal column. I listened to it but there was a disturbance trying to reach me which was a help-call from an uncle of mine who lives in the UK. All of his siblings including my father are now departed. He is the last one left sitting on death row, waiting for time to call his number.
He was reaching out to me just as soon as I sat to meditate and noticed the naad sound. This is like when a phone rings as soon one is in a serious discussion with someone. I checked the vibration of the psychic call and I took the energy into my psyche. I cannot refuse to help the old man, even though I am also sitting on death row waiting for my number to call.
After about fifteen minutes I got in touch with naad light.
What a relief!
Tried to get into it to feel on satisfaction-bliss energy but there was another telepathic message.
So after that the mediation came to an end. Destiny closed in on me and so my practice this morning was not worth a damn.
