What Meditation?

During breath infusion, energy fired but this was not the kundalini. It was just the breath infusion charge firing irrespective of kundalini. This happens during the advanced stage of the practice, after the student gets kundalini bashed in, crushed and sucked up into the head. Then there is no more kundalini in the trunk of the body and the bubble body begins to manifest. That form does not have chakras and so on.
The value of that stage is that the yogi gains a neutral sexual aspect which frees the yogin from sexual demands. Gender remains but there is no sexual aspect to it which is similar to when the body has not reached the stage of puberty in childhood. Of course for those students who are still desirous of pleasure, especially of sex pleasure, this development in their psyche will never occur.
If I fail to mention the rise of kundalini or the burst of energy from the infused energy when there is no kundalini, then it means that I just lost touch with its importance. It always happens during my breath infusion session without fail but it is just that there are other more important things happening which I report.
This might be understood in the example of sex indulgence. It can be enjoyed in the most vulgar way of sex penetration or it can be enjoyed in a very sophisticated and cultured way by perception off only the face of the lover without any other after play or penetration. Is just the face enough? Is that satisfying to completion? Well in the vulgarity stage it is not.
This infusion practice caused bliss aspect energy in the ears and on either side of the head. This was warm bliss energy with micro bliss atoms twirling about the ears. This originated from the chest area and then invaded the neck and then went for the ears and took them over completely. This lasted for about 50 seconds. Then it vanished and I continued the postures and related infusion.
When I sat to meditate, I heard naad blasting from down below. It was emitting a light and seemed to have been doing that for some time, even though during the breathing session I was not focusing on naad. Naad cannot get full focus during the infusion.
As soon as I heard naad and saw that light, then I realized that there was a river of light gushing around in the left eye of the subtle body. The right eye was with a dark energy and seemed to be unconcerned with what was happening in the left eye. This continued for about 7 minutes. It felt like a river swashing about in a round crystal clear container. I effortlessly focused on it. So this is a dhyana application.
Yesterday I was asking Alfredo to please explain what he meant by dhyana and not to say it was meditation which is vague. Suppose here that I had said that I meditated on the left subtle eye socket. Then what would that mean.
This was a focus on something that was happening in the subtle body, linking into that location to get that experience which was happening there, because the link was automatic and did not require my concentration to maintain, it was dhyana. If I had to focus to keep my attention there, then it would have to be downgraded as dharana and if it continued for say half hour, then it would be upgraded to samadhi.
In this way one should abandon the nonsense definitions and give Patanjali the recognition which is due to him by using the words in the proper way. In addition one should abandon vague experiences and try to get some clarity. One should abandon the farce which passes as merging, oneness, absolute and such cover words which only show that one does not understand what is going on in the subtle experiences.
After the energy in the left eye subsided I found myself in a large chamber of light which was the bloated head of the subtle body and below was another chamber which was the balloon shape trunk of the subtle body. It was a bliss experience but a mild bliss experience not intense just steady on with scattered light slowly shifting here and there.
It would be great, won’t it, if I could keep getting these accelerated sessions of breath infusion and then meditation, for the rest of the life of this body. But we will see what fate decrees. A student yogi is always subordinate to fate. Fate is what is supreme not the yogi. Fate can make or break one’s bid for spiritual achievement.
If fate says okay, you are go to go.
If fate objects, you are toast and it is another body and a whole new effort for this all over again in another life.
Which will it be?
