I see a psychopath/sociopath.
Let's not forget we are still reeling from one of our own, within our own borders.

They ultimately, are capable of great destruction and harm to others.
Their soul/spirit are not offput by grotesquely minimizing life forms. Many fit the profile.
All they need is any purpose/reason and an environment/space or opportunity to unleash,
And feel the sordid and horrid satisfaction of their internal deep seated inclinations.
