Practice of breath infusion this morning was first class with one interruption which ruined the meditation session immediately thereafter. Interruptions are going to happen because of providence. A student should tolerate this and not get upset about it. Consider that whatever time is yours is yours and whatever time of yours which belongs to others, is certainly not yours.
Thus these interruptions should be seen as time which belongs to others.
Once the student gets that between his or her two ears, then there will be no anger or feeling of frustration. If I pick your pocket taking only what you owe me, then why go to the police?
You may notice the theft but you should say nothing about it. Go about your business as usual. Do not even express one drop of anger or frustration over it.
This is called detachment in reference to the crazies of providence.

But the interruption was so severe that I cannot even remember what was good about the session only that it was a really good session. This is like when you have a pleasant dream and you awaken forgetting all about it but with a good feeling that something great took place.
One small memory though is that of pulling apana energy out of the knee and thigh bone. At first I was pulling apana out of the lower trunk. This was like tiny microscopic impurities, very few in fact. Then when I did a thigh stretch and began to pull from the knees and thigh bones, I noticed that the apana energy there was dense and thick unlike the sparse aspect of it in the lower trunk.
The hard-to-reach areas have a more dense impurity.
When I sat to meditate the interruption which occurred during the breath infusion session was there but I was able to put it aside just as when you get a package in the mail and you know what is in it and you put that package in a corner to open later.
Naad sound was there in the back but coming up in a little squiggly twirl to the right back side of the neck and then into the head. But then I decided to check the frontal part of the subtle head. Naad was there but it was there only as a vibration not as a sound. I focused on that vibration of naad.
