This morning meditation session was intense but there were some people from India who were around. These were about 5 persons who are sannyasi monks, some are deceased. They were arguing about their process of spiritual disciplines which did not work to give them the results intended after leaving the physical body.
I kept doing the exercises as they were arguing about different methods of spiritual advancement.
These exercises lasted about 55 minutes. Then I sat to meditate. In the meditation the analytical orb was completely quieted by virtue of the infused breath energy into it. The core self moved up into the crown of the head but the crown chakra and the brow chakra were absent. This was a completely silent meditation practice where the energies were quiescent.
No thoughts or images arose but off in the distance those swamis were chatting and mentioning incidences which occurred when I was in their association some years ago. It was useless to discuss anything with them about pranayama practice because when a person does not do pranayama, that person has no idea of the advantage of it and cannot comprehend why it has any value.
