2. Lakshmana → 33% Vishnu Potency (Came from Rama's share of potency, so close to Rama)
3. Bharatha → 13% Vishnu Potency
4. Shatrughna → 4% Vishnu Potency (Came from Bharatha's share of potency, so close to Bharatha)

As a result of Vishnu potency distribution among the 4 brothers, we see major portion of Ramayana on Rama's prowess and adventures and some of Lakshmana's prowess while assisting Rama. We hear some significant stories on Bharatha but hardly anything significant on Shatrughna.
