Using Subtle Body Lights

Breath infusion practice this morning was special with some new developments where the neck area acted as a constructive block to any energy passing up into the head. This was a new development because blocks are to be removed mostly in yoga or held in place for certain outcomes.
There are nadi blockages which are blasted out in breath infusion practice. Then there are locks which when applied remove those nadi blockages. A student yogi is sometimes baffled as to what to do. In some cases, the student does not see the blockage even, and thus cannot deal with it and must go on with the impurities come what may.
While doing the breath infusion, at a certain stage, at about 15 minutes into the practice, I noticed that there was a scattered light through the neck which was produced by the breath infusion energy which pulled up energy from the lower part of the trunk of the subtle body. This light was scattered through the neck not just in the sushumna central passage. As I kept doing the rapid breathing, this light got thicker and thicker and more compacted and then it began to send down shimmering rays of light below it. A little of this light was escaping upwards into the base of the head but just a very little.
There is an old saying in pranayama practice which is that prana will show the way. I let this light do whatever it would do. I kept infusing more and more air into the system using the bhastrik pranayama in various postures but with full attention inside the psyche and not permitting even one ray of attention to go outside the psyche (my individual psyche-sukshma sharira).
The prana shows the way statement is similar to an incidence I had with some ditch diggers. Once I was in a muddy area of South America. There was a flood. I needed to dig a small ditch to relieve some water on the plot where I lived. I got a shovel and began to dig. Really, I did not understand that there was a delicate art to digging a ditch to relieve water. Two men whom I knew saw me. They were professional ditch diggers. They came with a different style of shovel and told me that they would show me how to do it. One man then began digging where I began and the other explained that with water you dig and let the water show you the way. You let the water show you the level height at which to dig.
So prana or subtle energy which is infused in pranayama practice, will itself do things in the psyche of the yogi, to aid the yogi in the quest for subtle body purification and stale energy displacement.
