Twittering Shingles Kundalini

This morning during breath infusion practice, there was a twittering shingles of white light with a camphor colored hue emitting bliss cramps in the forearms and elbows.

This was due to breath infusion into those parts of the body, even though I did not direct the energy there. In some instance, the energy goes here or there but when it reaches hard-to-reach areas, into unknown or unrealized nadis this is much appreciated by the yogi, because this means that the entire subtle body is becoming filled with light, not just the head and spine regions of it.

That is a big deal because it means reorientation to a subtle form which has bliss potential in every part of it, thus freeing the yogi from the conditioning to sexual and other specific types of pleasure orientation.
