Can we enter into parallel universes through dreaming?

No, but we can enter parallel dimensions in this universe.

Entry into other universes can only be done if one can switch to another deity-God.

And that is not possible, no more than you can now change your mother or be produced from another mother.

What happened already happened to restrict your ability to alter that.
