Thrust Force in Meditation

Meditation after breath infusion went well. At first there was this thrust force which pushed my head back. After the physical head was like that for a few minutes it felt like it weighed a ton. The neck muscles were crying out for relief.

 

I then moved the head back to its normal position. This is the physical head. In the meantime the subtle body remained with the head tilted back and the thrust force kept it like that for about 8 minutes, then the force disappeared.

 

 

 

I got into naad light immediately, I heard naad sound to the back right but it was outside of the psyche. I did not hunt it down. Tibeti wants me to be concerned with naad light and to use naad sound only if I lost track of naad light.

 

I began the satisfaction-energy feeding system which is to absorb the naad light into the core self. This is not being one with anything. There are two realities here, a core self and naad light. In this experience the core-self absorbs the naad light.

Tibeti sent a telepathic message during this experience which read the following:

 

Saying the core self is it or that the self is it, and just doing practice for that core self will not work because the core self has certain adjuncts which accompany it. Thus one should have methods to deal with the adjuncts responsibly instead of just thinking that doing for the core self is enough.

 

Take the example of the woman with the child in the railway station. There are other passengers who bought tickets. They are waiting for the train and so is the woman with the child. The child is bad behaved and spits on the other passengers even though they did not interfere with her. What should the mother do?

 

Should she say that the child is her ego, that the child is not her true self?

 

No that is incorrect. The mother is responsible for the behavior of the child. She should take the child in hand and correct the behavior.

 

Since the core self in only one part of the psyche, it has to also consider disciplines for the other parts especially for the kundalini and the buddhi intellect.

The self has to take in or absorb energies which the other parts of the psyche require. It should not say that it does not need these energies, no more than the mother can say that she does not have to feed her child. She must. That is the holistic approach.

 

After I absorbed enough of the satisfaction-bliss energy. I relaxed and remained in the naad light. When I looked forward, I saw a cloud of frosty light in the darkness ahead. It was heading towards me. When it got close another cloud appeared in the distance and headed to me.

 

This continued for a time. This was the energy waves at the third eye.

 

Srila Yogeshwaranand sent a message, reminding me not to focus too pointedly on the third eye but just to maintain a mild contact focus.

You moved your physical head while feeling the subtle head, very interesting.
