Meditation session after breath infusion, this morning, was great with a few highlights. The repeat of these practices is the routine followed and the expected basic results attained. Once you have completed the breath infusion properly, then something is bound to happen even though it may not be something which is sensational. You must also be developing more and more sensitivity as you process day by day, so that the slightest subtlest occurrence is noted. If you do not have the required sensitivity, then something which is very subtle will happen and you will not be aware of it.
This causes discouragement, lack of faith and decreasing interest in the practice. Faith increases when there is increased subtle perception, so that whatever happens no matter how small, no matter how subtle, you can sense and know that it occurred.
At first in meditation there was a pushing force coming up through the neck which caused the neck to feel that it was elongated and that the head would tear away from the body. There was also a pushing force which pushed the body back into the wall behind it. After about 5 minutes into the meditation, these forces lost their force-push. I was then meditating with the core-self in the center of the head space, listening to naad sound which was to the back to the right side, a bit after the right ear.
After about 30 minutes, I released my feet from a tight lotus because the knee of one side was paining, and one cannot do a good meditation if pain is present. Usually during the first 15 minutes at least there is no pain in a tight lotus but then after that it begins to build-up to a point where the feet must be released.
I do this carefully so as not to disturb the meditation.
Soon after this about 10 minutes after, my third eye opened but when it did so what was on the other side of it was only dimly lit, so that I saw a wall which was very high where I could not see the top of it, but it was carved with numerous figures like the temples in India which have many forms carved into the stone on the outside of the temple.
Then there was a search light which shone on the wall so that I saw some of the figures very clearly. The search light illuminated about 4 feet across by 8 feet down and the rest of the wall remained in semi-darkness like on a half-moon night.
After a while that scene at the third eye was no longer there but then there was a flash of light through the right top part of my subtle head. I assumed this was from the cosmic sense of identity (ahamkara).
Then about 5 minutes after that there was again vision at the third eye but this time it was a view of a woman lying in a bed with her knees up like how women are positioned in a hospital when they are about to deliver a baby.
This was third eye vision and not buddhi intellect orb vision. The way to differentiate is that third eye vision occurs at the center of the eyebrow and it is as if you are seeing through a bay window. With third eye vision the core-self is inside of the subtle body looking out of it into another world through an opening in the subtle head which is at the forehead area.
