Hi Michael
I just thought I'd get in touch with you to discuss an experience I had a few months ago.
I was meditating and extended my third eye tube into my abdomen, and my whole consciousness jumped inside - ie shifted from my head to take my whole experience within to the lower tan tien.
I could see what I think was the ming men fire, and also a large fire burning on the lower wall of the abdominal cavity.
There was a glowing disk with black vapour caressing it, and it seemed to receive a burst of energy which sparked and danced through subtle pathways in my body.
As I was coming out of the experience my consciousness was in both my normal state and the inner state - like 2 screens of awareness...
It was an interesting experience, and I felt you might be open to discussing it with me further?

Please carefully study the Meditation Pictorial book, and recent book called Core-self Discovery.
These experiences are occurring because of past lives as a yogi, but to capitalize on that you have to practice with enthusiasm consistently.
