The Mathematics of Celibacy

Sometimes there is that idea that a person can be 100% celibate. This idea is usually pointed to the material body. Most people cannot see the subtle body and do not even believe in it. Their idea of the subtle body is not figured in with the principle of celibacy.
That is the first mistake but it is a mistake which should be tolerated because after all, what is obvious is the physical behavior. In this world a person is regarded as the activities of his physical body. If he commits a crime, then that is arrested, whereby even if he is out of his mind, his physical body will be incarcerated.
Now following this line of thought, there arises a question as to who owns the body?
When the body is in embryo stage, then it is obvious that the mother owns the body. Before that when the body was in the spermatic stage, the father owned the body. Once the spermatic stage was transferred into the mother’s form, the father’s ownership was suspended. He had to wait for the parturition to make his claim on the body, as a daughter or son.
Sometimes after the body is born, there is a disagreement between the mother and father but then the father tries to claim the body as his property, under the name of it being his son or daughter. In some cases, he wins custody of the body. In some cases legal officials awards custody to the mother and tells the father that he must pay financial child support.
Once the body leaves the mother’s form, it becomes evident that the body is not the mother’s body. It was something else, a parasite, which grew in the mother’s system. The parents claim the body as their affectionate property. If the child tries to run away, the child is picked up by authorities and returned to the custody of the parents. If the child inflicts damage in the society, authorities make the parents carry the liability.
This is evidence that the parents have jurisdiction of the body in the years before the government laws assign adult rights to the entity.
Now when the child is in the toddler stage, the parents are pressured to send the child to school. In most countries this is mandatory. If the parents refuse to do this and cannot prove that they can provide a certain course of education, they are put before a court and ordered to send the child to school. If they refuse to comply, they are arrested. The child is taken under the care of someone who is assigned by the government.
So who owns the body? Up to this point after the toddler stage there is no practical evidence that the entity who uses the body owns the body. After high school when the child graduates and is of majority age, society regards the entity as an adult who is independent of the parents but who is not independent of the laws which govern adults. At that stage in some countries the entity is intimidated about serving the government as a soldier. There might be a mandatory military obligation. If the entity does not respond to this as expected, he or she is arrested and put before a court for dereliction of duty.
This again is evidence of the uncertainty about who actually owns the body.
If as an adult the entity commits a crime, then the police may imprison the body, which shows clearly that anyone who commits a crime which is discovered, has the citizen rights suspended. This is an indirect way of stating that the entity does not own the body. The ownership is relative to rights defined by the government.
====================
When the person is married, who owns the body? Does the wife own the husband’s body? Does the husband own the wife’s body? Is it a shared exchange proprietorship?
If the person develops a sexual relationship outside of marriage, does the other person who causes the infidelity, own the body of the offensive spouse?
When a person is imprisoned, who owns the body?
When a person is enslaved or used as a laborer with unfair wages, is the slave master or employer, the proprietor of the body?
====================
For the sake of celibacy, who really owns the body?
Does the spouse own the body?
Does the ancestors who helped to create the social situation, and who are now deceased, have rights to use the body to develop embryos for themselves?
Does the children who are produced by the body, own the body when it is in the elderly years and they are required to socially and financially support the body?
Does the man or woman who attracts the body, and causes infidelity, own the body on the basis of a past life connection?
Most of this pertains to the physical existence. What about the astral existence?
Are departed souls involved in laying a claim on the body?
====================
Again for the sake of celibacy, who owns the body?
Supposed the husband wants to use the wife’s body for sexual entries, then does the husband own the body, or may he be arrested for rape?
If the wife wants to use the husband’s body for sexual satisfaction, then does the wife own the body, or may she be condemned as a seducer?
What happens when the ancestors of the wife or husband wants a body, can they commandeer the spouse’s body and induce sexual entries through which they acquire embryos?
What right have they?
====================
We return to the question:
Who owns the body?
Unless we can prove that the entity absolutely owns its body, then celibacy cannot be established as something which concerns the entire body. Whatever percentage is owned by others cannot be subjected to celibacy rightly, without the permission of those proprietors.
If the entity owns say about 65% of the body, then his or her aspirations for celibacy may be claimed successfully or unsuccessfully but only for that 65% and no more. The rest of the body is righted for the others, who are the ancestors, the parents, the children of the body, the government, the extra-marital friends who charm the body and so on.
This means that 100% celibacy is a farce.
This is just considering this one life of the physical body. When we figure in the subtle body, a greater mystery begins. Which of the past lives are we to consider? Was it a complication arising from more than one life?
What aspects of the subtle body are owned to others?
The question of who owns the subtle body is very problematic because of so many claimants from so many lives in the past. How to settle up those accounts?
The spouse from a past life, may claim the subtle body. The parent from a past life may claim the subtle body. Anyone who was connected to the subtle body in the past may lay claim to it. Thus in the case of celibacy, it is not easy to determine if the subtle body can gain a waiver from that.
Human beings feel that they can control both the physical and subtle body but usually they do not acknowledge the subtle body as their psychological and emotional energy. In that case, the same problems arise.
====================
If you are shooting for celibacy, if you think that you can make the entire psyche become celibate, then you are being impractical. You cannot be successful in claiming what is not yours. Unless you can prove that the whole body is yours and that no one else has a claim to it, the idea of 100% celibacy cannot hold up unless you can show proof that all the other legitimate claimants from this life and from previous lives has wavered their claims.

(So-called) celibacy is as clear as I have read it so far,
when expressed in terms of proprietorship/claim over the psychic field.

Prem in Guyana asked me to mention in reference to this post that sometimes a body is drowned at sea and then fishes and their kind eat the body. Sometimes also a body is lost in a forest, and then maggots from fly parents and ants, assume possession of the body.
He also stated that there are supernatural possessors of the body, who are abstractions to the person using the body, so that when he is possessed he might not even know that he is. He might assume that it is his influence which caused him to move the body in a particular way.
If these forces, persons and things may gain possession of the body and use it for their own purposes even to the extent of killing the body and depriving the individual of the use of the body then who really owns the body?

Simona from Linked In:
I admire your deep thinking and I found interesting what you say about the subtle body. Regardless if someone decides to practice celibacy, how would you know if your subtle body is claimed or possessed by someone from your past life?
MiBeloved's Response:
The sure way to find out is the way of responsibility, which is the real interest of those who file claims and possess a person’s subtle body. The method is perhaps the most ancient way of settling these issues in the favor of the dearly departed souls who require assistance in getting new bodies.
It would be that of proceeding with sexual expression during the fertile period of the potential parental bodies. And of course, it won’t be long, say about 9 months by the sun, 10 months for the most by the moon, and then that person who possessed the parental forms would be coming out as a crying baby with all the responsibilities which are born along with that.
What we cannot see psychically during a sexual liaison we will surely see physically at the successful conclusion of a pregnancy, just as our parents realized when we were born.
====================
The other method, which is the psychic one, is hit-and-miss, a guess work, if you do not have keen and reliable psychic perception, which was tested repeatedly, and calibrated in meditation practice.
When there is this urge for sexual fulfillment, there is under it, ancestral pressure for the production of a body. We usually focus on the pleasure yielding part of the urge and so we are inattentive to the ancestral push in it. This causes us not to see the particular departed spirit(s) who are involved and who would come out in nine months if it were a fertile non-contraceptive affair.
Who is in my mind and emotions while I am in the mood for love?
Is it just me?
Are there others from the spirit world in my consciousness?
My book, sex you! has the details.
