Sushumna Enlarge Glow

During practice this morning the Sushumna central passage in the spine of the subtle body, enlarged considerably. This passage is about 1 inch wide for the most but it may enlarge during breath infusion.

When it is completely cleared, it is hallow and white colored inside.
