Yoga-Breath of fire practice session:
Session was focused on the lower part of the body with a need of relatively more effort in the left thigh. Body felt rather resistant.
Life Force Energy:
Shift in practice: attempts at willing the energy downward versus soliciting it to rise as usual.
And attempts were made to maintain locks until the energy dissipates, along with momentary deep breaths to increase breathing capability.
Compression was executed in a limited fashion, as attention/ will power followed the energy as it spread/ manifested, encouraging it to spread further, as well as shed insight/ light into the subtle body.
One aspect of the compression is more about the trail of pain at this stage. Bringing about an increased control over the life force energy.
Mind focus: a dynamic and exerted process of observing and analyzing by the mind and intellect.
There seems to be an altogether shift in the perception of the transcendental sound vibration, gradual familiarity with the "all pervading naad" undertaken.
More than one node noticed, focus was put on the naad source to the left as it was sharper
Efforts were made to refocus on a few occasions. Meditation is perceived as being very dynamic; however the sources of the thought originations could not be determined with any precision whatsoever.
Goals and Objectives–long term:
Subtle body detection: looking down in the trunk more.
Book Readings:
The "Yoga Sutras" of Patanjali; Enlightenment in practical terms!
Subtle body ventures or interests recalled synopses/ retell:
Impressions upon waking up were not sufficient to recall the dream.
Reflections:
Still thinking, lest I stop imagining!

MiBeloved's Response:
When you are focusing on naad, that is what you are doing. Do not at that time track thoughts unless you find yourself back in the frontal part of the head viewing those thoughts and at least at that time you should realize that the part of the mind which displays thoughts to you in the psyche, is the buddhi intellect organ.
Even though you do not see the intellect, still you should know that it is located at the place where thoughts are viewed and it is an invisible psychic organ. This location is important to remember as the place to avoid within the mind while meditating. Because anytime your attention makes contact with this place, the buddhi will begin the thought/image display which attracted you.
Once you are doing naad meditation, if you find yourself in the front viewing thoughts or in the back of the head attempting to reach forward or move forward to view a thought or to go the place where thoughts are viewed, then you should refocus on naad.
If you are focused on naad however, and for as long as you can do it even for some seconds, then you cannot at the same time have thoughts if your focus is full and complete. Then it is one or the other, either you are facing naad, focused into naad, adhering yourself to naad or you are viewing thoughts. It is one or the other, so there is no consideration then about tracking the source of the thoughts during a full focus on naad.
