Yoga-Breath of fire practice session:
Session was focused on the lower part of the body with a need of relatively more effort in the left thigh.
Body felt rather resistant.
Life Force Energy:
Shift in practice: attempts at willing the energy downward versus soliciting it to rise as usual.
And attempts were made to maintain locks until the energy dissipates, along with momentary deep breaths to increase breathing capability.
Compression was executed in a limited fashion, as attention/ will power followed the energy as it spread/ manifested, encouraging it to spread further, as well as shed insight/ light into the subtle body.
One aspect of the compression is more about the trail of pain at this stage.
Bringing about an increased control over the life force energy.
Mind focus: a dynamic and exerted process of observing and analyzing by the mind and intellect.
There seems to be an altogether shift in the perception of the transcendental sound vibration, I am working to become more familiar with the change if it is actual and adjust to it.
More than one node noticed, focus was put on the rear left that seemed louder.
Goals and Objectives–long term/ adjusted:
Subtle body detection: looking down in the trunk more.
Book Readings:
The "Yoga Sutras" of Patanjali; Enlightenment in practical terms!
Subtle body ventures or interests recalled synopses/ retell:
:-) ... I am looking at the yogi star, or was it the subtle eye (? - small in the middle, by the eye brow) I realize that I am about to astrally project. I feel vibrations, and start to hear background noise which goes on and on. I attempt to open my eyes to test that the transition is completed, but I sense that it may not be finished yet. I imagine myself light and begin to float.
I now know that I am lucid and start to think fast about what I would like to do. I can't come up with something initially except a couple of farfetched ideas. Then I think to do bhastrika, and start the breath of fire. I am thinking, this must be creating quiet a raucous in the middle of the night. I then hear a beep and awake; but that sound turned out to not be my alarm.
Reflections:
Still thinking, lest I stop imagining!

Alfredo's Comment:
How long are you gonna be on this? Come on Gurubhai...

It could a be very, very long time, as I once told Swami if the reading I do the entire day glued to my computer screen at work, sucking my very soul dry for sake of material convenience were his writings...
And then now returning home to spend more time here on this site (not that it is useless) when I could be doing more reading...
Well, choices, choices, choices...But ultimately, I am very unhappy with the number of hours allotted in a day, and even at odds with the need to take time to sleep; if those were the real issues.

Pero esto no se puedo, porque ya lo es usted!

OK...correction..."no se puede" for "puedo" is personal possessive, so you say: "Pero esto no se puede"...impressive Spanish nevertheless, add to that your perfect English, French, and Bambara, and you are a polyglot.

What a great experience! This should encourage you to keep up your practice.
To see in your psyche, to be aware of an astral projection while it happens and to decide to do bhastrika in your subtle form during sleep, are all significant.
Sometimes when one has an experience like this, the significance is not realized immediately. I think this experience and the memory of it, indicates that your daily practice is yielding some advancement.

Alfredo prabhu, thank you and you be the speech police.
indeed; no se puede - it can't be; pero esto no se puede - but that cannot be.
Puedo ought to be the conjugated form to the first person singular, I - yo of the irregular Spanish verb poder as an infinitive. As such, puedo, puedes, puede, ...

Yes, indeed not to be ungrateful or dense there is hope in this area. I had not considered it so much in depth as to indicate "seeing into my psyche" and then tie that to advancement to be later realized. So I did see into my psyche in a lucid dream, and perhaps one day by dint of practice I will see directly see that unseen. That is an advanced understanding.
This is a crucial aspect for me to take note of, remembering the higher yogic aim in dream realization is more so about penetrating the subtle form rather than conveying in it; just as I am in vain trying to stop enjoying the "free" ride in this material vehicle.
And, indeed if not for your alert I was looking at dream recall and awareness as only readily available to most individual who would apply themselves albeit with sufficient persistence, and not really requiring any yogic advancement or even practice. But because the aim is different, fundamental distinctions must be accepted, much as with the different techniques of arousing kundalini. For this insight I thank you!
