Surya Sadhana Report - Meditation - 12/29/2012

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

A source was noticed at both sides and of similar volume. Attention was put to the right side, after awhile that one became faint but remained clear at the source. And eventually the one from the left was louder, attention was then put to the left side; however the node could not be detected, so the dense area was considered. It seemed to have a source, but could not be detected with certainty.

Meditation Report:

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

The usual node of the right ear was present during meditation. It was the same as usual in quality, but was faint; it did not vary this time. Distractions happened, but upon return to the sound it was unchanged. The general naad all around sounded sharper but less loud.

Meditation Report:

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

The sound was sharp particularly to the left side. Attention was put to the right side for the node although faint seemed easier to locate, but it was also sharp.
