Meditation Report:

Naad resounds spherically.

During meditation the attention was put to my regular naad location, that of the right ear. The frequency at that location was sharper and clearer, it was the same that it normally is at that location. However, the other locations also were actively broadcasting on their frequencies. It appears that the nodes and maybe the qualities of characteristics of the sounds are stable, but the volume varies.

Nice.

so now you have a wife and some outside women.

so stay near the wife for safety sake and just peek at the outside women from your wife's bedroom.

that is the kriya.
