Surya Sadhana Meditation Report - 04/01/2013:

Naad resounds all around in the mind field.  ​

During meditation attempt attention was put to the left ear where there was a  ​bell ringing node.

And, at the  ​right ear was faint naad by the ear, as well as a hollow sounding naad.​
