Surya Sadhana Meditation Report - 02/07/2013:

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.
During meditation attempt attention was put to the left side were there was a distinct and clear bell sound.
It was located at the upper, center to the left ear; and was perceived to be outside the head.
There was also resounding sound at the right side.

The fact that naad sound is heard on the outside with a node origin area, shows that naad is an independent sound and does not have to be on the inside of the psyche.
But conversely there is a vibrational sound within each psyche and that is the particular key resonance of the individual psyche.
There is a naad sound down in the sushumna central passage which is similar to the naad sound which is not from the individual psyche. This naad sound is usually heard coming from down in the body and entering the neck area or lower brain with a node vortex.

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.
During meditation attempt attention was put to the left side were there was a distinct and clear bell sound.
The location of the node was not easily determined. It was perceived as though it was towards the upper middle of the mind field.
There was also resounding sound at the right side.

Even when the node cannot be determined, even then the hunt for it is the thing which has value, the instinct to find it, to be searching for it.
The girl friend is not always where she ought to be, but the lover is always searching for her, worrying himself to death about why she cannot be located. That is how he spends his time.

There was also a less distinct source by the middle of the head.
