Surya Sadhana Meditation Report - 03/26/2013:

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the right ear where there was a bell ringing node.

And, at the left ear was dense naad, the node within which could not be easily localized.

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the right ear where there was a bell ringing node.

And, at the left ear was a node on a similar intensity and frequency; this had the tendency of distracting the focus.
