Surya sadhana Meditation Report - 03/17/2013:

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the left side were there was by the ear a bell ringing node.

And, there was a dense naad by the right ear.

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the right side were there was by the ear a bell ringing node.

And, there was a "solid" / flat rhythm sounding node by the left ear.

What comes to mind Swami is "ironic".

Ignorance is not bliss, in this case it's saddening and idiotic;

to ignore the value of what is there.

Only through faith on your word, and your benevolent guidance I take note.

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the left side were there was by the ear a bell ringing node at high volume and pitch.

At one point, the frequency shifted to louder solid perception level for less than thirty seconds.

Later this happened very briefly, perhaps seven seconds and less loud.

And, there was a high volume naad by the left ear.
