Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the right side were there was by the ear a node.

And, there was a dense naad by the left ear.

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the right side were there was by the ear a high pitch frequency node, within a dense naad.

And, there was or were other(s) undistinguished frequency(ies) on the left side. There seemed to be a hollowness.

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the right ear where there was a high frequency bell ringing node.

Right next to it was also a node of a different frequency, it was a more solid or flat rhythm or frequency; this is where the attention remained.

And, at the left ear was high volume node as well. It became higher than the right side eventually; but attention was kept at the right.

Also, there was the hallow sounding naad at the back of head towards the right side.

This is the exemplar way to listen to naad sound.

After this is done again and again, then after a time, one develops supernatural insight.

Question of how long it will take may arise.

Who has the question?

Is that person wanting overnight results?

Then that person is not ready for higher meditation.

That person thinks that meditation is not a complex process that takes years to master.

I did a short NAAD meditation today, it was nice.
