Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field. During meditation attempt attention was put to the right side where there was a bell ringing node by the ear. The frequency decreased to be being less perceptible after the first five minutes. At the left side was also a naad by the ear.

Change in frequency of naad is regular.

Do not be dismayed by it, stay with the loudest clearest naad.
