Surya Patanjali - Meditation Report - 04/13/2013:

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the right side where there was a bell ringing node sounding as from outside the head.

Below its position was a flatter naad sound.

There were other sounds in the head that were not localised or distinguished.

Please keep posting your meditation on naad!

The treasure you found and are faithfully nurturing is not to be taken for granted.

It is a good reminder to me, to keep trying to detect and focus on naad, and not neglect it.

It may seem like the same post to you each time, but it is definite encouragement for others who need to see what may be attainable in the future.

It is all by Guru's Mercy only!

I was explained that although listening to naad may seem the same, session after session; still there will be minute differences. So I try to focus on that...

During meditation attempt attention was put to the right side where there was a bell ringing node, and hollow sounding naad.

On the left side was a non specified naad.
