Surya Patanjali Meditation Report - 8/19/2013:

Meditation on naad consisted of previously noted variations, until a couple of days ago when the sound at the left side is sharper and denotes a distinct node consisting of a clear irregular brittle bell sound.

And, the volume in general including the naad at the right side has increased to the point of leaving me wondering if it is an insect nearby.

Naad sound resounds all around in the mind field.

During meditation attempt attention was put to the left side where there was a sharp trickling sounding node by the ear.

At the right side was also a distinct node. Both nodes appeared to be located on the outer region of the head towards the front.
