Meditation Report:

Naad sound was listened to during meditation. It could be heard practically all around the head, but more so to the right side and that one appeared to be outside the head.

The sound close to the right ear was less loud. So attention was put on the left side.

Naad was focused on and when distractions appeared they were considered and then naad was returned to.

This is great, how you are listening to naad. This is how to do it, where it is like when you get the first feeling for sexual attraction after passing through puberty. At that time, the little girl you used to like, all of a sudden is super-attractive. You don’t even understand why but you just don’t care. All you can think of is being with that girl wherever. You have no sexual experience, so you have no reference and still you just want to be with that girl.

It is private. Only you and the girl know about it, because the feelings which transfer between you pass through the air like a hidden laser beam.

One has to get really private with naad like being with the lover, right up close and personal.
