Supernatural Insight Development

Development of supernatural insight and of focus on various orbs which are in the head of the subtle body can definitely happen but the student should have the correct procedure.

Srila Yogeshwarananda is the one who is giving the most help with developing the supernatural insight and the focus of actually perceived (not imagined) orbs in the head of the subtle body.

There were several yogis who assisted with this over the years, but Srila Yogesh was the main supervisor of this development. If I can get this done before leaving this body, and especially if I can leave some coherent instructions on how to do this, then that would be a mission fulfilled for sure.

The problem with this is that it is mostly subjective, which makes it very difficult to verbalize. People are also resistant to Patanjali’s instruction for stopping the various movements and images created by the mind. The instruction for transcendental internal focus has relevance only if the various movements and imagined images are stopped.

For this system being taught by Srila Yogeshwarananda, pranayama breath infusion is an absolute necessity because it is the system which clamps down on the mind, by shifting the mind to a level where the various movements and images created do not operate.

It is not a matter of sitting and concentrating while ignoring images or while being detached from images or by observing images or by imagining a voidal mind. This system uses breath infusion to shift the subtle body to a plane of existence where the gyrations in the mind just do not arise.

From there one has to focus on naad sound for some time, which might be weeks, months or years depending on the students’ mental condition. Then from there one could develop the supernatural insight and see the various orbs which should be focal points.

Yesterday during meditation, I had a buddhi intellect orb supernatural vision which had with it a mild bliss force. The location of these perceptions is an absolute must because that is how one can tell which psychic perception organ was used while viewing that.

A person with a security system can see through a window in a house or he can see by viewing images on a computer screen. The screen images were captured by a camera and then on that basis a reproduction of scenes are viewed on the screen.

The view is in a house but by different means of perceiving. In the head of the subtle body there are distinct and very different means of perceptions, beginning with the third eye (brow chakra), the buddhi intellect organ and the sense of identity. There are also two other unique perceptions which may occur in the subtle head, even though these are rarely experienced.

There is the crown chakra perception which for the most part is so subjective as to be no objective perception.

And there is the core-self direct perception which is an omnivision. On Feb 20, 2013, I had a buddhi intellect organ perception. This was a hazy perception of people in another dimension. When this first happened I was looking down at an angle through the lower nostrils of the subtle head. After about 13 seconds, the vision energy lifted and passed through the center of the eyebrows.

Today I had another subtle perception but this was with using the sense of identity. It was located very close to the core-self which is the jurisdiction of the sense of identity. After this vision went for about 20 seconds, there was a rattling and shaking of the subtle head. I noticed this but I did not panic or wonder about why this occurred. I made no effort to stop it. Instead I checked to be sure that I was anchored in the naad sound.

This anchoring in the naad sound is the sure way to cause the self not to interfere and not to try to control what happens but to be observant of it.

After this rattling which lasted for about 15 seconds, the visions resumed but these were in grey scale and not in multi-colors.

Why this was so, only heaven knows.

There is the tortoise method of pratyahar sensual energy withdrawal. The mental procedure for this is given in chapter one of the Meditation Pictorial book.

For those who mastered that there is what might be called the crab method. When sleeping a crab pull backs its legs and pinchers. These are then parked very close to its body.

By design a turtle can pull in its limbs and head. A crab cannot do so. It can only pull the limbs close to its body.

At first the only way to make progress with sensual energy withdrawal is to imitate the turtle and to pull in all sensual interest into the psyche. At this stage the entire psyche is considered to be the self, due to the misinformation which was supplied by material nature through the senses.

Later when one has done that to proficiency, one should shift to pulling the internal adjuncts close to the core-self, the way a crab pulls in its limbs and pinchers.

It is not possible under the present configuration to retract the sense of identity into the core self. That cannot be achieved. Thus one has to pull in the sense of identity as near as possible to the core-self. This means that the sense of identity must successfully divorce itself from the buddhi intellect orb.

As nature would have it the sense of identity is influence by the buddhi intellect orb, and the only way to break this influence is to cause the sense of identity to pull itself away from the buddhi intellect orb.

The core-self is trapped under the influence of the sense of identity, hence its own reprieve is to censor whatever affects the sense of identity. It is affected by the buddhi intellect orb which in turn is affected by the external senses and the internal sensing organism which is the kundalini life force.

This is all confusing isn’t it?

Sure, the psyche is complicated and that is why.
