Squeeze Down Reverse Kriya

Pranajogi showed me a squeeze down kriya which involved working in the thighs one after another in various poses where one naturally focuses on the thighs through to the knees.

The natural system is for the thigh bones to generate bone marrow. In the subtle body it creates a misty pranic energy which is then made heavier by the fleshy parts of the thigh. Traditionally in the method used by the kundalini, this energy is drawn up into the groin area where it is used to create a compound sexual energy.

In this kriya this system of compound sexual energy is demolished. The student pushes down through the center of the thigh and pulls out all the energy which is accumulated there and causes it to turn into a fine mist by the breath infusion practice. When it breaks up like this it is not allowed to move into the groin but is instead pushed through the center of the thigh into the knees.

Looking down through the thigh, this looks like a white cylinder which turned white-hot and which has a hole at the knee. After a time bliss energy radiates and this is where Pranajogi said to compress it downward and not to allow it to reach up to the head to the brahma randra.

These instructions may seem to be contrary to most yoga aspirations but these are for persons who want to develop a yoga siddha body, in which all parts of the body are in a highly energized state, not just the subtle spine or head of it.

Who is Pranajogi?

Pranajogi is a yogi who was giving instruction to Srila Yogeshwarananda in the Himalayas and then this yogi disappeared because Yogesh and another student pulled his body from a river when the yogi was doing pranayama practice.

This incidence might be cited in the book Himalaya Yogi Ka part 1

or in First Steps to Higher Yoga, which are Yogesh's books.

Pranajogi's guru is Swami Atmananda who is also Yogesh's guru.

These persons are all deceased.

Pranajogi was a leading master of pranayama during the time of Srila Yogesh. There is hardly anything he does not know about pranayama practice.
