Sign of open third eye

In a short meditation after breath infusion this afternoon, there was a time about 7 minutes into the meditation when there was a sudden out breath jerk done in the body by the life force. One merely notices this and realizes that something has caused a sudden one-take-out breath, which was rapid and full of thrust.

If this ever happens, then one can assume that the third eye is open even though one may not see through it at the time. This sudden jerk breath is done by kundalini in an attempt to spit out the subtle body, to separate it from the astral one. Usually if this happens when one is sitting, the astral body will not follow this command and will remain interspaced in the physical system but with its vibration increased, so that the third eye will operate.

This does not mean however that you will see through the third eye. If for instance you have a blindfold on, so that no light penetrates into the skull through the eyes or forehead, then it is likely that you will see energy moving in and out of the central eyebrows, like clouds of energy moving towards you and away from you. This is the chakra action of the third eye. If you do not have a blindfold then you may not notice anything even though the energy of the third eye will be active at this time.

Lack of a blindfold may cause the interest of the senses to be focused externally for wanting to see physical reality and that will prevent any perception through the third eye.

It's interesting you mention this because when my body is very relaxed, sometimes I will feel a jerk breath just a few minutes before the onset of an out-of-body experience. When it happens I know my body is getting ready for one.
