Ever since I was young and even now I have a dream wherein I'm having sex with a female that feels so real. Is it my and the female’s subtle body?
And this only happens with females that I'm not to suppose to look at that way like my wife’s aunt and my female neighbor I grew up with.

It is possible to fantasize in the mind about this where such fantasy is a one way thing or even is a two way thing with both individuals fantasying at the same time. However in this case, this is astral relationship.
The astral body is not too keen on moral obligations. In fact, one specialty of the astral form is exactly its ability to break inhibitions and cross the moral boundaries which we are subjected to in physical existence.
The physical body is trapped in a world in which moral restrictions are enforced. In fact it is so confining that in some societies if one breaks these restrictions and is discovered, one may be put in jail. Where there is no jail term there might be social penalties in other ways. This causes the physical body to behave in a restricted way, where it cannot always do what is drummed up in the mind and what is felt or desired in the emotions.
However the subtle body does not have that sort of limit to it. In fact while the physical body can only draw from this life’s formation of relationship and from its basic instincts, the subtle body can draw from many lives of relationships which exist in it as predispositions in the subconsciousness. Hence any of those predispositions can take hold of it and cause it to behave in a way which makes no moral sense physically but which would make all the sense in the world if one were to look through the file of relationships from past lives.
Today she is your mother, but what sort of relation did you have with her in a past life? Was she a daughter or lover?
There is a nice story about this in the Mahabharata, where Arjuna got into a manic depressive state after his dear son Abhimanyu was killed on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. Arjuna was an accomplished yogi who used to leave his body in samadhi and go to the higher astral worlds.
Hey what sort of samadhi was that since people think that samadhi only means to merge into oneness?
Anyway during the battle when that happened, Arjuna, with Krishna’s help, tracked his son down in the subtle world, in the place known in Hinduism as Swarga which is translated roughly in English as heaven.

When Abhimanyu, the valiant son of Arjuna, died in the Mahabharata war, Arjuna was overcome with grief. He decided to stop the war. Lord Krishna tried His best to convince Arjuna to stop grieving unnecessarily but it was all in vain. Finally, in order to show the impermanence of all worldly relationships, He took Arjuna to heaven. There Arjuna saw Abhimanyu enjoying the pleasures of heaven. Arjuna ran to Abhimanyu and embraced him. Abhimanyu was surprised and asked Arjuna "Who are you?" Arjuna told him that he was Abhimanyu's father. Abhimanyu replied that he had had millions of births and in exactly which birth was Arjuna his father? Clearly Abhimanyu remembered nothing about his past birth and relationships. Arjuna saw the futility of attachments in this world. He had seen the proof that all worldly bonds are unreal".
So yes, based on relationships in past lives, one’s subtle body will behave to fulfill those relationships again in the present life in the astral world. Both yours and the other person’s astral bodies will meet and try to do what was done before.
