Sex in Lucid Dreaming or Astral Projection

I prefer to answer the question in terms of the difference between lucid dreaming and astral projected experience, since that applies to everything one can do with the subtle body, sex included.

Lucid dreaming is when the astral body is desynchronized from the physical body but it is still located in the same space as the physical body.

Astral projection is when the astral body is desynchronized from the physical body but it is also dislocated from the physical body and is not in the same space as the physical body.

In both cases, the same astral body is being used but in lucid dreaming, there is residual awareness of the physical body, while in astral projection usually the person is not aware of the state of the physical form.

As there is an astral hand and astral fingers, there is also astral genitals. In a case where a person is lucid dreaming and having sex experiences, more than likely there will be what is called a wet dream. Because of the closeness of the subtle and physical bodies, the physical body might mimic what the subtle body does.

However in astral projection, the physical body does not usually mimic the astral one, and therefore there is sex experience with no evidence of it on the physical side, no wet dream.
