I had an experience in the astral world last night, where a female I know only through online communication came to me. As soon as this person arrived, she touched my subtle body and just from that three ancestral spirits who were in her psyche, transferred over into my astral body.
Here the important aspect of this is not who that female was, but the transfer of her ancestors into my subtle body. What was I supposed to do with them? Their pressing need is rebirth. How can I assist with this?
When the transfer happened this female was not aware of it and only experienced it as an energy exchange along romantic lines. I saw this energy but it was three entities with a whitish translucent energy around their micro-forms. The forms they used were about one inch in height. This is a dimensional measurement and not a linear physical measurement.
These three persons sent out a message without even speaking. It read something like this:
“You can assist us. She does not know how to do it. She does not understand our situation.”
I then replied mentally like this.
“What can I do? My body is 61 years of age. Add 20 and you will get the first high school graduation at about the age of 80.”
When I said that they all looked the other way but remained in my psyche. I then sent another message to them like this.
“Sure I can help. If I know of anyone who has an opening, I will inform you three. In the meantime you can stay with me or you can go back into your descendant’s body. Have cheer. Do not be depressed about this.”

I wonder what they meant by, 'she doesn't know how to do it’.

Behind that expression, there was a whole history energy which they intended to transfer to me, but I made is sure that it could not be transferred. If it was transferred then I would be obligated to be one of their next parents.
Once you take the karmic past lives package and the aspiration package for the new life of a departed soul, you are screwed and you have to become that person’s parent. Of course it is tit for tat and a bit of musical chairs, because if you were in the hereafter and needed a body, the whole equation would flip over.
I did look at it however, just the way one would look at a newspaper and read the headlines only and not open the paper to read the articles in detail.
It read something to this effect:

She does not understand our needs. She did not know what to do to help us get bodies. She did not want to take any risk being a single parent. She stalled endlessly as we waited and waited and nothing happened. She is not a very smart person.

That is very obvious, once you understand how the game is played.
Due to an inborn arrogance and egocentricity and due to not having access to our history in past lives, we do not know that and hence we are fooled by Nature into thinking that this is our first advent in this one life.
Failure to reinvest in progeny in each life, leaves us open to haphazard undesirable births, but with short-sighted insight we can hardly understand that.

It seems to me that you keep having experiences with people who want to get bodies. In my entire astral experience not once have I felt people wanting physical bodies. It appears that they come to you because you know how to get bodies even if you don’t have one to offer, or at least to help them understand how to get one, also because you think about it. Even the beings I know could answer this they do not want me to know this as far as I can tell. Maybe it’s very different for other people, but it doesn’t make any sense to me to look for another physical body in the astral. If I am going somewhere it isn’t around these parts. Time will tell. Interesting experience, it reminded me of a few.

Anyone who feels undone or feels cheated, will try to complain to the next person whom they meet, especially if they feel that this other person will sympathize with them, or explain to them how they might get out of a bad way.
People, at least the average person will cry out to God for help, but God is nobody's stooge, so then others have to help with whatever ability those others have been endowed with from God.
If you are your brother's keeper as it suggest in Genesis, then you should help others, 'cause if you fail to do so when you can, then God will hold you to account later.
God does not have to be physically or astrally present to know if you neglected someone. The biblical story explains that Cain killed Abel. At the time God was nowhere to be seen, at least Cain did not feel God's presence. Since no one was around as a witness, Cain felt that he did not have to live up to anyone’s expectations.
But then after the act was done, God suddenly became present in an aural way and held Cain accountable.
God went on vacation but who knows how God will react when He decides to come back to this place or to the astral domain in which I will be in the future. So it is best to act in a way that would be approved by God, so that there is no need to absorb God's disapproval.

I agree with everything you say here. I am shy about talking about my connection to God with others. It’s why I leave it out of my writing, but it’s always in my mind.

With this woman's ancestors hanging out in your psyche does this diminish your energy being used for your spiritual practice?

It is not good question and it is a useless consideration in the sense that one cannot stop the inevitable. Whatever will be will be as the saying goes, which means that when providence pushes something in front of you, you have to do something about it even if it will endanger you.
In this case, I had no choice but to accept those hereafter persons into my psyche. When they cross into my body, they enter my right side, just a little in front by the right hip. There was nothing I could do to stop it because it was a kind of psychic organic action which I could not prevent.
However even one’s spiritual progress might have limits in relation to what one is permitted to achieve by the pressures of fate.
This reminds me of when my younger brother was put into my care when I was In Guyana as a youth. Our mother was leaving the country. He was with her and she had to get rid of him because she had no visa for him.
She left him at my grandmother, where I lived but as soon as my mother got on the plane and left the country. My grandmother shoved him to me and said, “You will have to take care of him.”
So that was that.
When there is no choice it really does not matter if you succeed at other plans because providence doesn’t give a damn about your aspirations. So then you become resigned to your fate or you can go crazy thinking about it, which all too frequently some of us do.
Nature has an income tax system and it is hard to come out ahead of it, even for a yogi.
