During breathe infusion session this morning Yogi Bhajan gave a three lift and neck release-into-the-head practice for removing pooled subtle energy from the inner groin area. There may be a cloud of sexually charged energy there in the lower center of the trunk of the subtle body. This energy has a rose orange glow to it when it is becomes surcharged with breath force.

The yogi can pull up this energy bit by bit when doing breath infusion. At first it will be pulled up to about 6 inches above the base area of the trunk of the subtle body. Then from there it will jump into the chest area (behind the breast in females), then it will jump into the neck. Then finally the neck will expand out and it will pass into the head and become diffused there.

This infusion of the energy in the groin area, causes the sexual flare of the energy to be changed so that it is neutralized and loses sexual interest. Any energy in the body which becomes surcharged for sexual expression may be changed so as to neutralize the sexual interest of it.

Another way of dealing with that type of energy is to change the aspects of the surcharging areas of the body, so that these areas no longer carry a sex expression need.

Gender will remain with the individual no matter what but the energy does not have to be converted into sex expression.
