Sex Chakra Inversion

During breath infusion this morning, Yogi Bhajan gave a spray-up kriya which concerns working from the neck downwards through the spine and the surrounding area, through the back of the trunk of the subtle body.
In the classic kundalini yoga practice, the infused breath energy is accumulated first in the top part of the lungs,
then in the middle part and then it is finally pushed down into the lower part of the two lung bags,
then it is pushed down into the navel
and from there into the groin area,
from there into the base chakra muladhara.
Then it is pushed up the spine from muladhara to the second chakra,
then to the third chakra
then from there once it passes the navel chakra on the spine, it travels through the spine through the neck into the head.
In this spray-up practice no attempt is made to comply with the classic method just described. Instead the breath infusion is done by pushing the air through the back part of the subtle trunk but from the top under the neck downward.
The objective here is to operate a hydraulic pumping system by pumping water from an underground aquifer. There are basically two ways to get such water. One method is to create a vacuum pocket in a pipe, so that due to the absence of pressure in the pipe, the water rises to the ground level. The other method is to force pressure through one arm of a U-shaped pipe so that the water in it is forced up the other arm of the U.
In that method the person looks down into the body and sees a pooling area for energy. This is sexually-charged energy. The infused air is focused in that energy. After doing a certain quantity of breaths, one will find that the energy pool begins to evaporate upwards like when in an early morning at an inland lake, there is fog or mist above the water.
In the body of the yogi or yogini, the sexual energy evaporates out into the top part of the trunk of the body under the shoulders. Normally, or as nature would have it this energy is heavy and goes downwards as a matter of course. When this breath energy is mixed with the sexual energy, the heavy consistency of it disappears and it is dissipated like water which is absorbed into the sky from a pond.
This is an aggressive practice by necessity, because otherwise the infused energy would not be concentrated enough to affect the heaviness of the sexual energy.
Yogi Bhajan gave this other feature practice for the energy which curses around the hips of females. One should be conscious of this energy which causes the body contour. Keep this energy moving so that it does not become stagnant and that it is constantly exchanged for fresh energy.
Because of the influence of bad diet, and especially of heavy proteins, this energy may become stagnant and polluted. It should be extracted out of the subtle body and replaced by fresh energy through breath infusion.
