Self energy pull-back

My breath infusion procedure has gone haywire because of teaching students during the session. When teaching students one has to focus on their needs, especially on the configuration of their subtle bodies. This causes a change in rhythm of the teacher’s practice, where the teacher gains some insight into the condition of the student’s subtle body at the expense of losing insight into the condition of the teacher’s form.
Teaching yoga really means abandoning one’s practice and looking at someone else’s with intentions of giving methods which help that person to advance along the lines of that person’s development.
During the meditation session however I was able to battle down the hatches and reconnect with the practice which Srila Yogeshwarananda gave me for gathering the energies which exude out of the core-self during naad insertion practice.
This technique is a missing link in meditation practice. I never saw it described anywhere before, even in the writings of Srila Yogesh.
Why did he not jot it down?
We may never know. However he gave me the information and so I am publishing it for the benefit of anyone who is at the stage of practice where this can be implemented. Srila Yogesh described that he was given certain grace energies and end of yoga practice techniques by gurus who entered his psyche and also by Swami Atmananda who once touched his head and caused the full and permanent arousal of the brahmarandra omni-perception orb, but he did not described anything else.
Here in my case he does enter my psyche but only to tell me what I should do and also to show certain components of the psyche and their operations. Now instead of causing the manifestation of the higher function of the psychic adjuncts, he is directing me in a practice, which without fail, causes that to happen.
It is just my luck that I have to work through this step by step but hopefully what I do in the hard way without assistance, may be beneficial to others.

This involves first that one must do a thorough pranayama session, so that all of the apana negative subtle energies are drawn out of the subtle body, leaving that form full of fresh unused pranic subtle energy. Once this is done, one achieves asana, pranayama and pratyahar, third, fourth, and fifth stages of yoga. All that is left are the three higher stages of the practice which Mahayogin Patanjali listed as samyama.
As soon as one finishes the postures with breath infusion session, one should immediately sit to meditate. In that meditation, one has to reach naad sound and glue oneself, or adhere or immerse oneself into naad vibration. If this is done successfully one will know because there will be nothing else going on in the psyche. The usual riff-raff activity in the frontal part of the subtle head will be shut down like when one walks through a busy city after the celebrations are over and there is no one anywhere around, the lonesome time of the city, when even those who roam at night have crashed out and leave all venues like ghost towns.
This is when one should look forward through the front part of the subtle head and one should either see nothing or one may see images which are coming in from another dimension.
In this practice at this stage one gathers to the core self the energies which are exuding directly from it. This energy will be riding away from the core self either in an organized or scattered way. If they are scattered the effort to pull them back close to the core self will be a failure but the yogi should still express the pulling back action.
If the energy is organized or if it is in one cohesive format, then the pulling back action will be effective, and one will feel that the energy assumed a still state like when a snail is disturbed. The snail withdraws into its shell and remains absolutely still, pretending that it is a rock formation which cannot move and has no edible value.

Someone might say: Why is he describing this? This seems to be a super-subtle very abstract psychological action.
The answer is that this is being described so that anyone who is in an advanced stage and who needs these techniques can have them free of charge and does not have to stand in a line to see a guru to inquire about this. Srila Yogesh is divulging the information for one and all.

I feel that the information you shared can be applied on lower levels as well. I am certainly far, far away from your level of accomplishment, but as I read the explanation, it strangely fit nicely into the focus of some meaningful meditation sessions I have had.
I have not mastered any steady accomplishments in naad focus but I have been able to identify a place in the back of the head where when looking forward, the attention energy flows forward to the 3rd eye chakra screen where supernatural vision occurs. I have also detected the scattered energy around the core self, assuming that it is what you describe because it does not seem attributable to anything else.
This, of course, happens for me sporadically. It happens when I am lucky to have landed in the right place at the right time, while attempting to find my way in meditation. It happens months or years apart. But the technique seems to be something to practice on the lower levels while one keeps working to purify the entire subtle body by breath infusion, so long as one is careful not to mistake himself or herself to be on the higher level, thinking that the higher accomplishment is within grasp.
And it should also not be mistaken as a replacement for the thorough breath infusion of the subtle body, which is key to enabling one to go into the higher zones where you are receiving and applying the technique now.
Is this a relevant interpretation or application of the technique you shared or is it simply misuse of information meant for a specific, higher purpose?

It does apply to lower stages of practice and does free the student from much useless meditation sessions.
Sadly, this is not explained in many of the yoga books and ascetics who mastered this did not care to leave notes, giving their methods.

Dear Acharya,
I'm far from even understanding this instruction but I appreciate your explanation for I know someone will benefit from it as I will sooner or later.
