Scenes through the third eye
Third eye and buddhi intellect orb are two different psychic facilities in two different locations. One thing is that the third eye cannot be used unless one first peers through the intellect orb but the intellect orb can be used without looking through the third eye.
An example could be a binoculars. One cannot see through it unless one peers through the physical eyes first but one can use the physical eyes without using the binoculars.
This is helpful in the advanced practice to help to sort these adjuncts.
The second thing is location. The third eye is usually located at the brow chakra area which is usually between the eyebrows on the subtle skin or membrane of the subtle body.
The buddhi organ has a position somewhere half way between the center of the head and the brow chakra.
While the third eye is relatively easy to see, the intellect orb is almost impossible to see. But the third eye is only easy to see in terms of its brow chakra configuration.
Have you ever seen your eye? Actually unless you have a mirror, usually you do not see the eye even though you see other objects easily through the eye. Peering through the eye-ocular mechanism is easy but seeing the parts of the mechanism is not that easy.
In modern times we have mirrors but say about 1000 years ago, hardly anyone saw their eyes on a regular basis, even though seeing the eyes of another person was common.

Here are some hints:
Forget about seeing the third eye, instead see the brow chakras which is where the third eye vision occurs.
Forget about seeing the intellect orb, instead see the illustrations and idea of the orb and use those to determine the location of the orb. Once you know its default location then with full confidence always know that it is located at that place.
Brow chakra is not the third eye but it is part of the third eye configuration. Hence knowing about the chakra and experiencing it is important for anyone who wants to use the third eye.

Do not attempt to make the third eye work, instead relax have a slight focus on it during special meditation and wait for it is open.
Another hint:
Third eye becomes accessible and visible as soon as one is no longer focused into physical existence. It depends on how much confidence one can transfer over into the subtle existence. The natural stress we put on physical existence is itself a deterrent for use of the third eye.
To identify which psychic adjunct one uses, identify the location of the event. Mark the location of the thoughts and ideas in the mindscape and whatever happens there, that should be the location of the intellect. Third eye has less facility for psychic perception than the intellect orb.

One important distinction is that the third eye happens in the configuration of the brow chakra but it is not the brow chakra. Many feel they are using the third eye when they see the brow chakra. This is a false conclusion.
Suppose I see the cylindrical edges of a telescope does that mean that I am using the telescope and see a mark on the moon?
