Resurrection of Jesus Christ / Opinion

I was asked today of my view about the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Here is my opinion of the value of it.

If perchance there is a subtle body, then the resurrection of any material body is complete waste of time. It has no value. If the subtle body will persist beyond the physical system, if the subtle body will comprise the energies which makeup the personality of the human being in terms of psychological and emotional energy, then there is no need to recreate or transfigure the dead human body.

If there is a subtle body in fact, then Christianity’s main selling point which is the promise of an eternal physical system has no value.

Until the subtle body is proven to be a complete hoax, I cannot buy into the idea of getting a resurrected material body for myself or anyone else.

There is also a very important detail which is overlooked when buying into the idea of getting such a body, and that is the fact that according to the Christian texts, Jesus Christ was there in the beginning with God. This is established clearly in the St. John. It is consistent with the Old Testament which begins with the scene of God and others whose names are not given, but who were with God in the cosmos before the material creation was manifested.

These were pre-time beings or persons who existed before the time we are under was even created. These can be rated as divine beings who are transcendental to our existence.

When God created this world, there was repeated according to Genesis, the term “Us” being used instead of the term “Me”, which indicated that there was Godhead with more than one divine person but with one of those persons being the Supreme.

If we accept the premise at face value and do not tear it apart with statements about it being fabricated by writers, then there arises a question about Jesus Christ. If he was there in the beginning then in what form was he there initially before the material creation was produced.

That had to be some sort of spiritual form, even if it was invisible to material detection.

Okay, then the question is, that if he came from the right hand of the Deity and then took a body through a virgin woman, then what happened to the body he used on the divine plane. Was that body demolished when he took this virgin birth? Was he a divine form, then he disappeared from the divine world and then he was a material form, and then that died and then he converted that material form in to a new divine one.

This gets to be hair-raising, but I will listen to reasonable proposals about this.

That issue has to be cleared up before I can buy into the resurrection stunt.

There is also a problem with a resurrected material body which will live forever and ever on earth, because first I would want to know if that body will evacuate, if that body will kill animals and eat the meat products, if that body will sweat and so on, if that body will reproduce children and so on, if all the antisocial unwanted habits of a human body will be absent from that body.

Right now, honestly speaking, I am not interested in the offer of a resurrected material body from Jesus Christ, Krishna or anybody. I am just not interested. My experience of a subtle body makes it illogical for me to run after the offer even if it is true. I am interested in maintaining awareness of the subtle body and discarding the material one as soon as nature would naturally permit that.

Natasha Odlum’s Response:

[whether he's interested or not, what is to be will be....we simply observe...generally and even more so observe SELF."; there can be Heaven in Heaven; or Heaven on/in Earth/The Body; what we observe as the body is simply the lowest observable vibration of the ONE 'thing' that exists; so it too must have the capacity to transmute into higher refined forms. Poor Body/Earth....mbeloved's not in the least interested in it. Hmmm...i dare anyone neglect it for a few days and observe the effects. Love The Body; Love and Respect Earth, whilst she adorns this Dress of Physicality.]

To each his own.

Those who feel like Natasha should do what she says.

Those who feel the way I do may follow my example.

Those who are satisfied with the physical should seek out security with that.

There is one catch which is that so long as the body is healthy this praise and love for the body continues and when it gets old and disease ridden these very same people must face those conditions.

Don't love the body now that it is young and healthy only, tell us this when it gets to be 80 or 90 when it is terminally ill. The mere fact that people are looking to Christ to give them an eternal material body through a resurrection means that there is something terribly amiss with it. But each person has to come to that understanding in due course.

Reply from Natasha:

Natasha Odlum 'do what she says???'....no dummies here we hope Bernard....people should do what they feel is the right thing to do...never what someone else says they aught to...never. Adults we are. Children no more? Peace.

Natasha Odlum ...you're observing what i display with a lens that captures only a portion of the rays, of what I say. And so...to each his Seeing. Hmm..

Natasha should have some courage and not give directions and then for the sake of feigning humility pretend that she did not give instructions.

Take courage and stand by what you say and take responsibility for advising others or turning others away from taking the advice of others. Or you can just shut up!

Comment from Leslie Lubon:

Leslie Lubon You know family lens are an interesting thing they are always tweaked to satisfy the ruling eye. Yet, the thousand words of a picture only display the interpretation we choose to perceive. Interestingly enough, that too varies on occasion when we revisit the same picture. The many paradigms of life and they do not exclude “spirit” and the gathering of knowledge or one’s growth at any of those realities. We have many lifetimes to do everlasting-life. For without end is one’s inner world. You know all forces produce a picture. One is never confined to any form because they are always of frequency. Eventually, they must synchronize; hence, the journey is uniquely “solo” but like atoms bumping and grinding in its own frequency/freak-quency…
